Do the facial treatments hurt?

Most patients find Hydrafacials to be virtually painless. Some people have reported a mild tightening and tingling sensation but this should only last for a short time. The infusion of powerful hydrating and soothing ingredients leaves your skin feeling cool and refreshed.

How many treatments will I need?

Although results will be visible after just one treatment, longer lasting and more significant results will be seen after 6 treatments.

Can I return to work after?

HydraFacial MD treatments do not usually require any downtime. You may go about most normal daily activities immediately following treatment.

Recovery

Hydrafacial MD® Facial treatments do not require downtime. Although you may experience a warm, pinkish glow for about 30 minutes after treatment, you may return to most normal daily activities right away.

How do I prepare for my HydraFacial?

We recommend that you avoid using any exfoliating products such as retinols, AHA/BHA, glycolic acid or facial scrubs for 7 days before your treatment. Do not have any laser/IPL/depilatory/waxing/ resurfacing procedures to the treatment area for 7 days before your treatment. Patients who have taken Accutane/Epuris (Isotretinoin) within the last year cannot have a HydraFacial treatment. On the day of your procedure, try to wear little to no makeup to make cleansing easier.
