The Surgical Facility

The St. Thomas Surgical Centre, located on the second floor of 7 St. Thomas Street in Toronto, is a state-of-the-art facility where we perform surgical procedures under local anesthesia, sedation, or general anesthesia. The center features two fully equipped operating rooms, ensuring optimal conditions for each procedure.

The St. Thomas Surgical Centre is accredited by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) and adheres to the highest safety and sterilization standards. Anesthesia is only administered by anesthesiologists who are Board Certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, ensuring the highest level of care and safety for each patient.

Our Toronto plastic surgery office is conveniently located nearby, providing easy access to both our surgical and consultation facilities. With a focus on your comfort, privacy, and safety, we deliver the highest standards of care throughout your surgical journey.

Overnight Suites and Overnight Stay Area

Depending on the procedure, an overnight stay may be required. If necessary, you’ll stay in our facility, where two dedicated nurses will ensure your safety and comfort throughout the night. Dr. Pirani will follow up with you the next morning to monitor your progress and ensure everything is healing well.

Some patients also choose to stay overnight even when it’s not medically required. This option offers added peace of mind, knowing that you’ll have continuous medical supervision and care as you recover.
